Who: Lucifer and John Constantine What: Old Friends When: Saturday Night Where: On the way to Lou’s Warnings: Constantine Status: Closed/incomplete
The last thing Lucifer remembered was smugly setting fire to his wings on the beach to spite his manipulative brother. Honestly. Trying to outsmart the devil? No one had managed to do it yet. He was not returning to Hell regardless of what his father thought or how many of his siblings were thrown in his path. Now, it seemed Lucifer had help in whatever power brought him to this little hamlet beneath a dome in the backend of the Midwest. That suited him just fine!
He was cheerfully on his way to some local watering hole named Lou’s. Why not spend this pathetic amount of cash on liquor? It wasn’t as if he needed it. When he wanted to make his circumstances more comfortable he’d simply find something he liked and make it his own.
Just when Lucifer was growing complacent, and almost to his destination where he would encounter Faith, he spied the stain on his vacation plans. “Bollocks.” Ah well. This could be fun. Lucifer sauntered right toward the Constantine with a cheeky smile on his face. “There goes the neighborhood.”
