Despite her League training, Sara had lost track of just how long she'd been in Methos's captivity and was surprised when she realized that it had been more than a week. The ordeal left her malnourished, exhausted, and sore from being bound for so long, but she refused to go to the clinic, insisting she needed a long, hot shower and some rest.
Her sleep was restless, plagued with nightmares about every traumatic thing she experienced in the past, even though she was back in her own bed. A few times, she thought about sending out messages on the network to her friends to let them know she was okay, but ultimately decided she didn't have the energy to respond to the likely deluge of messages she would get in return. Plus she figured that someone would have let people know that she, Ella, and Molly were safe.
Sara couldn't help but feel guilty that her unwillingness to submit to Methos likely resulted in the other two being captured. She also felt guilty that she hadn't managed to rescue them herself and needed to rely on others. At least no one would expect her to be up and about today. She could laze in bed and wallow in her guilt between visitors.
