Mandy laughed, glad to hear the answer--she might not have felt persecuted, not as much as some people, but she certainly preferred the people who'd been displaced the same as her.
"Well that's a relief. I know I'm hardly the first to say this, but I definitely don't run with their set. Never did, even when I was from the same bloody decade as the lot of them. Frankly, I'm surprised all I've been getting is turned up noses at work. Must be losing my edge."
