Who: Dean Winchester and Jolene Winchester What: Moar Kids When: Sunday Where: Dean’s place Warnings: TBD Status: Closed/On-Going
As if two boys weren't bad enough, Dean had also been surprised with some sort of version of a kid he'd seen before. The last time this had happened, he'd been a little worried about the girl. She'd been a little too comfortable with the life, his life, and not a hell of a lot had changed there. Or if it had, it had just gotten messier. He was teetering on the edge of losing it, seriously refusing to commit to anything resembling a relationship, completely sabotaging any real chance he might have anyway because it was safer for the people he cared about.
A kid just being okay with that crap wasn't something he was looking to see. Again. Sammy already was.
But Jolene was back and knew the way things were, and Dean had reacted in the only way he could. He'd sent her to stay with Johanna.
He couldn't avoid her forever, though, she was his kid as much as any of them were, so while the others were all off doing their things, he had her by for a while, sitting on the couch and trying not to feel awkward. It was kind of hard to do. He didn't see much of himself in her the way he did in the boys, saw too much goodness, and she was too damn pretty. If she was a little older and not his kid, he'd go for it.
