WHO: Bobbi Morse and Jordan Two Delta WHAT: Matchup WHERE: The Frozen Aisle at the Grocery Store WHEN: Wednesday WARNINGS: TBD, probably none STATUS: Closed/Ongoing
Bobbi was getting used to Madison Valley without Nick here. When he'd disappeared, she thought she never would, but it was almost disturbing how quickly a person could adapt. It wasn't that she didn't miss him - because she did. She thought about him constantly, and sometimes still woke up thinking he was in bed beside her. It was more that...she just didn't expect to see him anymore. She was getting used to the loss, the loneliness, the pain of losing someone she cared about. And it made her want to get the hell out of this place even more. How could she let herself care about any of the people here if they were just going to leave and break her heart? She wasn't a masochist.
She knew that a lot of people in this place had been married, and it just made her shake her head sadly. To put that much commitment into something when your entire relationship could (and likely would) be erased in one stroke just didn't seem worth it to Bobbi. She'd stick to being single now, thanks.
She was in the frozen aisle in the grocery store, buying TV dinners for one. It was a little sad, but it was what it was. She didn't like cooking for just herself (or at all, really), and she got really tired of eating out. This was a compromise.
