WHO Hermione & Duncan WHAT Running into each other. Literally. WHEN Sunday morning WHERE Not too far from the library WARNINGS Oblivious witch is oblivious STATUS Closed | Incomplete
Hermione was heading to the library for her shift first thing Sunday morning. She enjoyed it a great deal because there was always going to be children there who wanted help picking out a book, or for someone to read to them. Sharing her love of books was one of the joys of being in Madison Valley, along with spending time with a young Harry and her budding relationship with Oz. Hermione had a lot of things to be happy about, including the book she was currently reading as she walked to work.
Unfortunately, just as she turned the corner, she walked into something very solid and very big. Hermione saw a very broad chest in front of her and looked up. And up. And up some more.
"You're very tall," she remarked, although as soon as the words were out of her mouth, she flushed in embarrassment. "Sorry, I- I wasn't watching where I was going." That was much more polite, honestly. Hermione didn't often embarrass herself like this, but that was okay. It was bound to happen sooner or later.
