Characters: Primrose & Open Setting: At home Summary: A late gingerbread house construction! Rating: Lowish probably! Status: Closed; Incomplete
It was a bit late, but Primrose couldn't help, but invest in clearance gingerbread house. Considering she'd never had Christmas as a holiday before or a holiday in general without The Hunger Games, she wasn't sure a time line applied to her anyway. How could holiday rules apply to someone who had never experienced the holiday before? Primrose didn't think so and though it was close to the "New Year", she took a seat with a childish glee at the table to establish her first and hopefully not last home in Madison Valley. All Primrose hoped for was that the gingerbread was not stale or the ingredients involved in the entire display. Carefully, Primrose wielded a pair of scissors and gently took the edge to the tape, slicing it away with ease. The whole way home she was careful to simply keep it straight and not tilt it. For Primrose, she did not want any broke pieces because for her there had been way too many. Here, in Madison, she held the potential to keep it that way. A few well-placed steps and she was at home, opening the door and stepping inside she made a beeline to the table. Thankfully, it was cleaned off and she eagerly took to setting out the necessary ingredients. It was a full house of ginger and plenty of candies and icing to go around.
Settling down, Prim tugged off her coat and took a seat, unpacking the box with care. From Prim's keen sight, there was nothing broken or busted. Thankfully, there was not missing pieces and the blond could get to work. For the first, there was icing and a decent layer at that. Cut-outs in the plastic, the girl settled for a few thick layers of cream and to settle in the first wall. A few minutes after, she put up the other wall and started on the roof. A few streams of cream and the house was secure. It was now time for the candies and candy canes. The blond set out to make it right; after all, her imagination was the limit and Primrose planned to abuse and use it. What next? There was any additions she could come up with and for her, there was a lot. The amount of left over candy was vast and Primrose wanted to use and abuse all of it. How much candy could she pile on the sweet tantalizing roof? Perhaps too much and Primrose took to the moment of splashing on whatever she could find and it was rather messy.
