WHO Cassie Homes & Summer Roberts WHAT Random Run-In WHEN Sunday afternoon WHERE Hinkles WARNINGS TBD, likely low STATUS Closed | Incomplete | Matchup
Cassie hadn't asked Nick yet if she could keep on skipping school because she was afraid of the answer. She'd have to ask later tonight though, so she figured the best way to go about it was to butter him up. That meant Hinkles because nothing said bribe like a bag full of greasy awesome and the thickest milkshakes they could muster. To not have to go to school meant Cassie'd pull out all the stops if she had to, up to and including the L word.
She walked up to the counter in a pretty good mood and placed their usual order. Anyone who'd seen her before knew that she was definitely way more happy than she'd ever been since arriving to Madison Valley. The place as a whole generally sucked, but the few good things about it might actually be a longer list if not going to school was one of those things. Even the waitress commented on her improved attitude, to which Cassie goodnaturedly rolled her eyes.
"Man, crack a few smiles and everyone thinks it's some kind of crazy going around," she commented, not really annoyed by it at all. And hey, look at her! She was talking to the person sitting next to her like she was normal and sociable. Maybe getting the Hulk wasn't a bad thing at all. She'd have to thank Bruce, and maybe get him to loosen up a bit about the Hulk in general.
