The girl was the former and, most importantly, she was from Rebekah's world, no doubt the world of Mystic Falls. Maybe New Orleans, but she doubted any vampires there would greet her with an admiring, small smile. She had more enemies of her own kind then she ever had friends. That went for any race really though, didn't it? Rebekah might have been an original vampire, but she was also very much the original bitch. It mostly came from being stabbed in the back by anyone or anything that she considered a friend or even a lover. Not that it mattered much because she still fell too easily, didn't she? Look at Marcel. Rebekah returned the dark haired woman's expression with a sickly sweet smile of her own. " I am. Nice to know you are neither stupid nor will I assume a young vampire. I'd bet around 200? 250? You look good for your age. When you're wearing 1,000, then you can brag," she replied smoothly.
The original sister flashed another smile. "I appreciate the offer. I was starting to think everyone was so rude here. Now, I know why, but still, I don't appear a vampire do I? I didn't even flash my fangs or kill anyone yet? They should at least wait till they have a reason to dislike me," she continued with a small shrug of her shoulders. "Oh well. Might as hell get the hating party started early anyway. It's a pleasure to meet you Anna. And rude? So far you are nicest I met here. If you weren't, you'd be dead." Another overly sweet smile for good measure and she reached behind her, a rather swanky piece of jewelry caught her eye previously and now, with the woman gone, she made the move to slip it on her wrist. "Not too bad. A bit too cheap though..." she dropped it back ont he counter roughly. "Yes, my brother's. Apparently, he's turned over a new leaf and wants us all to live together. Like a big happy family," she rolled her eyes at the last part. Like she told Elijah, if she didn't get a dagger in the back in a few days, she'd believe it, but even then, Rebekah was leery. Klaus had a distrustful, lonely nature and the fact that he seemed to want them around threw her off. Different version or not, Klaus was still Klaus to Rebekah.
"But yes, if you could take me there, it'd be greatly appreciated," she replied quickly. "I suppose I'll have to get use to this little town eventually, but for the moment, I am at a loss." The blond stepped towards the door and opened it, waving the young woman through with a pale hand. "After you," she smiled sweetly. The vampire might seem okay with the purest intentions of getting her to her family safe, but Rebekah couldn't afford to be fully trustworthy of anyone...not anymore.
