Who: Stefan Salvatore and Anna What: Talking and bonding? Where: Stefan's apartment. When: Saturday night. Status: Closed/Ongoing. Rating: Low probably.
It had been days since Jeremy had been sent home. Since Bonnie Bennett had shown up. Since she'd left the house that she lived in with Elena and Caroline and the others. She'd been crashing on Stefan's couch every night, though she spent each day alone at the library, hidden away in any corner that she could find that wasn't occupied by anyone else. It was the closest thing she could get to actually running away. Since she couldn't leave the town, she didn't have much choice.
But she knew she couldn't keep staying at Stefan's forever. She wasn't even sure why he'd agreed to let her in the first place. Maybe it was because she'd been protecting the others. Or trying to at least. But they didn't need her for that anymore. Not now, with Bonnie there. Bonnie was more powerful than Anna was by far, and they both knew it.
It did all sort of leave her without much of a purpose now, though. She wondered how long it would be before she was sent home, too. Back to the Other Side alone. It all left her feeling exhausted, like someone had drugged her with vervain. Or maybe she was just that pathetic. Once upon a time, she'd been a badass, determined vampire. All that she'd cared about was getting her mom free from the tomb that imprisoned her. It felt like such a long time ago.
Sitting on the sofa, Anna rested her head in her hands, allowing her eyes to drift shut. She was going to have to figure something out, and soon.
