WHO: Elijah and Hayley WHAT: Shopping for the werewolf WHERE: Town WHEN: Today WARNINGS: None
It had been quite the few days since Elijah and Hayley's arrival in Madison Valley. Klaus had already acquired a home for himself and his lovely teenage human, although he wasn't certain why Klaus had any interest in the girl. Now Elijah had brought it upon himself without announcing that he was to protect the girl, as well as Hayley at all costs. He had no ties to Marley, but Hayley was certainly another story. Elijah had also seen and heard of a few other familiar faces that were currently living in Madison Valley as well. Caroline, Elena, Damon, Stefan and Anna. Last he head heard, Anna was dead. Not by his hands of course.
The home that Klaus had taken over was expansive in its own right, but it was still rather bare for Hayley's tastes. He had heard her complaining and while he used to find her constant whine repulsive at best, it had evolved to a small degree of endearment. Today however he had decided to take matters into his owns hands. Not having left the house since he arrived, opting to figure out a way to return to New Orleans, but it came to no avail, he decided on an outing instead with the young werewolf. She had wondered loudly if she was to be kept prisoner and he hadn't heard of any threats as of now and he had no doubt that Marcel hadn't made his own arrival, Elijah deemed it safe for her.
Knocking on her bedroom door, he waited for her to answer. He could hear her moving around in the room and her tired voice telling him to 'hold on.' Once the door opened, he gave her a soft smile. She had found clothes in the home, but none to her liking he guessed and he gave her the once over. Almost tempted to ask her if his brother, Niklaus had offered her the same, but quickly decided not to, he asked instead, "Would you like to leave for a couple of hours. There are shops in town. Perhaps new clothes and," he continued with a wave of his hand, "whatever else you need for your living area. I highly doubt we're leaving anytime soon and I would be well rested in knowing that you were comfortable."
