It's possible we wouldn't allow it. It's possible we would. All that not favoring you means is that you get the same decisions according to circumstance as anyone else here would. It doesn't mean telling you no all the time just because we can. It means taking the request and evaluating whether it, to the best of our knowledge, serves the good of this particular community.
You're putting your duty before the good of everyone here. Look at your and Roland's words: 'Let us do what we trained to do'. Not 'Do you need us' or 'What can we do that would help the most' but let us do what WE want so WE can feel good about what we're doing. Your efforts to help are self-focused: You're helping for you, not for others.
