"I'd call that a win too." Alex nodded. His shoulder would heal, but he was still a formidable opponent, even with the injury. They'd both been banged up before this, at least a bit so it made for a pretty even match. Alex's bruises would be gone before too long, she hoped. A girl with bruises on her face got a lot of looks. But if anyone had been watching her and Tommy spar against one another, they'd know she wasn't any kind of damsel. It had taken three guys to do this to her. That wasn't something Alex was concerned with happening here.
"Yeah, for me as well." She agreed. It had been a great match up, and it was something to do. It was a great way to maintain her training too, in case she went home. Or if something did happen here, she wanted to stay sharp and focused. She was on her own, Michael wasn't here with her, nor Nikita. Or anyone else she knew. Alex was used to taking care of herself, so it wasn't really a problem, but it was a little strange. She admittedly, had not gotten out much yet.
She felt really good though, after the fight. It was like coming off of a great high, without all of the negative side effects. She was happy they'd decided to do this, and it gave her more of an idea of what Tommy was like as a person too.
