Daryl jumped when he heard her voice behind him; he hadn't been expecting anyone to address him. He turned to face her, raising an eyebrow. She'd never seen anything like this before? Where the hell was she from, anyway? He hadn't been in a working one in months, but there must have been a million of these things scattered through the country. And probably other countries as well.
"You've never seen a Subway?" he asked, disbelieving, his hand holding tighter to his crossbow to hide his fear at having been surprised. "I ain't been to one in a while on account of the Walkers, but there really ain't anything special about 'em. Just sandwiches."
