Grace was finally at the end of her long night. Her social batteries were drained and she wanted to just be done. This was more social than she been in a long time since it was either in short periods or her anger was showing. Her being nice and not hurting anyone was taking a lot out of her, but she had survived. With only a little bit of whiskey left in her glass, she figured it would survive this last date so she didn’t go get a refill.
Instead, she headed over to the table and saw a man waiting. “Hey,” she said as she sat down. “How’s your night been so far?”
