While not quite the Macy's Parade, the Holiday Parade is still a sight to behold. Held when the sun goes down, there are big floats and little floats. Marching bands. Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts walk handing out candy canes. There's the Grinch and there's Santa, but also you see Hannukah and Kwanzaa and the Solstice and few other religions and beliefs who celebrate at this time of the year present within the parade.
Along the route you can also donate new toys, canned goods, and money for charities. There are also hot chocolate booths set up which are free for anyone who wants to partake.
