Re: Suzume and Lois
Lois was starting to put together the pieces of what was going on, but she still had more questions than answers. Like were people going to remember any of this? If this was a kid who she ended up having to punch? Were they going to remember some adult hitting them? It was one of the main thoughts in her head, especially when it seemed to be matching their pace. Lois felt Zu tug on her shirt, allowing her to guide her as they walked backwards in a sense while staying between the two. “Do you know where your guardians are?” She asked Zu but then remembered one detail about Zu, “Tap on my back either the left or right if that was the direction, they were in. If unsure, then do nothing.” Her eyes were not leaving the clown so she was depending on that as a way to decide the best course of action.
“How about you go the opposite direction, and you won’t risk getting hurt?” She asked the clown as if that was really going to do something. Proving her point as it kept matching them step by step. Reaching in her back pocket for her phone, she kept it in one hand with a possible idea, but first, she needed to know if Zu knew where her guardians were. The smile that then appeared on the clown's face made the hairs on her neck stand up, but she refused to let it think it was getting to her if that was the goal.
