WHO: Landon Kirby and OPEN WHAT: Studying WHEN: Monday Morning WHERE: Hanover College Library WARNINGS: TBD, probably not STATUS: Open/Ongoing
Landon loved his classes, and he loved the fact that Hope had her own restaurant. It was almost like they were becoming adults, and it was a great thing for both of them. What he did not love was how long those two things took from the time they used to spend together. He missed her. Sure, he'd be spending Halloween at her restaurant, but who knew how much time they'd actually have, and he was sure that night would be crazy busy anyway. It would be nice to have the money, he supposed, but really he'd rather have the time with Hope.
He'd gotten up early this morning, showered, dressed, and made his way down to the library so that he could study a bit before classes started. He was working on a piece for his music theory class, and he liked how it was coming...for the most part. He wished it could stop feeling like an assignment and start feeling more like it came from his heart, but maybe these assigned pieces never would.
He flipped through his music folder, and a sheet of his hand-written music flew out of it, landing on the floor a couple of feet away - too far for him to reach from his chair. "Crap," he mumbled, then stood up to grab it.
