Blood was, of course, Klaus's favorite food, but he wasn't going to choose that as his answer. He had favorite human foods too, and that would be far more comfortable to share with a child.
"I like crawfish etouffee," he replied. "It's crawfish - which are a little like shrimp - in a thick sauce over rice. I like mine quite spicy."
He nodded to Linda.
"I've always believed that introducing children to things at an early age will do no damage, even if they don't remember it. They'll still grow up to consider such things normal."
