Rory rolled her eyes at her father's laugh. She'd gotten used to it, but didn't mean Lucifer's daughter wouldn't be a daughter about some things. "Well, I'm glad it's someone other than Dan. I like him. He's...really great." Dan living at the house leant itself to a type of closeness she'd never considered and, in turn, helped her be a bit more open with her father slowly.
She rested her hand on Lucifer's arm. "I think that's okay too. Maybe you'll meet someone in the future that will make you change your mind, but I think you knowing is a good thing." Rory saw no problem if her father found someone else. After all, Dan seemed settled and happy with someone who hadn't gotten him kidnapped.
"There's a girl I kind of like in town, but I think she has someone she misses back home." Rory took a sip of her drink. "I don't know what that's like. This is the first place I can even remotely consider dating someone. Gets hard back home when you don't age."
