Rebekah had just come home from work and finished a shower when she heard Marcel call out to her. The blond had already picked up on his presence thanks to her enhanced hearing and sense of smell. She'd also inhaled a whiff of food he brought with her. It smelled divine. Though Rebekah didn't need consume human food, it didn't mean for a second that she didn't enjoy indulging in it.
Quickly, Rebekah dried her hair and tugged on a fluffy bathrobe over her pajamas. Stuffing her feet into a pair of slippers, the blond padded her way downstairs. Spotting Marcel in the entrance, she walked over and pressed a kiss to his cheek before taking the food from his hand with a bright smile on her face.
"Thank you, love. You're a life saver. I am starving," Rebekah replied. She took his hand and led the way into the kitchen.
"Sorry about the robe, but I just got home from work and felt like showering. It was a long day."
