Re: Xavier Plympton & Lorna Dane
Lorna had been through this with enough people that while she could be a major bitch about most things, she wouldn’t on this. No one asked for the memory wipes to happen when people came back. The dome did what it wanted like always without a fucking care in the world.
“Better be careful because you could meet a mutant with that, and they might be feeling quite attacked right now,” her expression was serious but her tone showed she was only giving him a hard time. Though she was sure one of the many mutants in the world had that, especially with all the different things that she had seen. “No, I’m considered a superior species to humans, which humans back in my world are not a fan of at all. We’re the enemy in their eyes.” Nothing new for her. Lorna was always used to being the bad guy whether she did something or not.
Nodding at his comment on knowing about him. Still, she had enjoyed their friendship and was looking forward to him getting to know her again. Lorna pulled one leg up on her chair, shaking her head at his question. “Not exactly. The only person that really comes close to what I’d consider that is back in my world and is Dawn’s father,” she said with a small smile at the thought of her sorta ex. The whole thing was complicated but he was always going to be the most important person to her after Dawn. “What about you? Any special people back in your world? I know you are dead, but you never know.”
