Re: Lois & Clark
Lois could say that Clark was definitely a better husband than many, and she could say he never annoyed her that much. But he had his moments, and she was sure she had moments where she drove him nuts. It was what came from being married, especially with their career choices. His to be more specific with saving the world and risking his life all the time.
“Would you do that? It’d be amazing if you’d play wingman and talk me up so I can get them to ask me out,” she teased, but both knew that would never ever happen. Clark was the only man for her, and it was why she could joke since she knew they loved one another more than anything. They may be adults, but that didn’t mean they didn’t have a little fun, especially when they didn’t have kids around to listen in.
A mischievous smile showed up when he pulled back from the kiss, nodding. “Yes, see if she’s hope, and if so, then whether she wants to go over to Logan’s for the night. Give us some time alone and I can promise I’ll take full advantage of it,” she told Clark, resting a hand on his chest before moving away from him. “I’m going to grab us both a drink, and you make the call, okay? Or would you rather go get the drinks and I make the call to Laura?” She asked, knowing either one could do it since Laura seemed to be okay with both her and Clark
