Lois & Clark
"Oh, I don't know," Clark said, acting as though he had to consider whether or not he was going to dance with Lois. Of course he was going to dance with Lois. He would do a lot for his wife, and dancing happened to be one of those things he would do for her. Not that dancing with her was too much of a hardship, because it wasn't.
Not in the slightest.
"I suppose I could be convinced," he said, offering her a small smile. "I mean, I'll have the most beautiful dance partner here. I might as well show her off." He was possibly biased, but he didn't particularly care.
