Bex | Marcel
With Marcel, Rebekah knew she never have to worry about him lying to her. He wouldn't sugarcoat things to make her feel better. He would always be honest and open with Rebekah. It was something she could appreciate it. In return, she'd do her best to do the same.
"We make a good team. I wasn't so sure how we would get on after Irina left, but we actually collaborated very well," Rebekah replied with a small smile. "I'm grateful she was here. I'm not sure if I would have been able to pull this off without her help."
Rebekah comparison of Claudia and herself to the dynamic duo coaxed a chuckle from the blond vampire. "I suppose that may be an accurate description, love. Though, I never imagined myself being compared to Robin and Batman." Though, it was hardly a terrible comparison and, as the night progressed, Rebekah considered it to be quite accurate even.
It was rather amusing that Claudia gave her Irina's office so that she didn't have to move her things. Rebekah didn't mind in the slightest. Irina's office was nicer than Rebekah's and the blond wasn't about to turn down a chance at more space. "Well, there was absolutely no complaints from me, darling. It's nicer and had more space than mine. I'll never turn down an upgrade."
