"It can be," Madison answered effortlessly. "Different things scare different kinds of people." And after you've seen some of these a number of times? It mostly didn't scare someone like her at all. Plus, it helped that she lived her own horror story in a way back home and nothing could compete with real life.
Madison swallowed another bite of popcorn before she answered. Maybe it was just because she hadn't eaten popcorn in a while, but damn it tasted really good tonight.
"They like the feeling of being scared. It's kind of like a high. You know, like being at the top of a roller coaster right before you go over the edge," Madison explained. Of course, if this girl didn't know what scary movies were, she probably didn't know what a roller coaster was either.
