Who: Wynonna Earp and Doc Holliday (with baby Alice) What: Arrival with a side of panic Where: Near the farm where MCU folks live When: Sunset on Saturday Warnings: references to childbirth Status: closed/in progress
It had been one hell of a day and Wynonna hadn't really had the time to mourn the fact that her newborn daughter was being sent thousands of miles away to keep her safe. Her pregnancy was unplanned and the idea of being a mother terrified her so the deep ache she felt at Alice's absence was unexpected. All she wanted to do was curl up in her bed with a huge bottle of whiskey and drink until the physical pain from childbirth and the emotional pain from sending her child away were both distant memories.
Wynonna's life was never easy though, so when she pushed open the door to the Earp homestead and found herself standing on the lawn of a different large house, all she could do was swear under her breath. Where was she? How'd she get here? And why? Couldn't she have a few hours to herself? The Earp curse was complete bullshit.
Pulling her phone out of her pocket, she tried to call Waverly. Then Dolls. Haught. Jeremy. Even Doc. None of the calls went through and that added some fear to her frustration. She couldn't contact any of her people and she was in a strange place where the sun was rapidly setting. "Okay, Earp, get it together," she murmured to herself. "Go knock on the door and ask for help."
