Luna found the whole alternate Elizabethan times rather humorous. Of course, it helped that she hadn’t ended up in a relationship, but instead found herself the daughter of Scorpius. Not everyone ended up as lucky.
She thought Anakin and Rey were married, but either way she wanted to check in on him and make sure he was okay. After all, that’s what girlfriends did, right? Luna felt thankful to have the ability to shower and wear jeans again. Truthfully, she washed her hands about five times and her hair twice after no indoor plumbing.
Donning jeans and a t-shirt she made her way to Anakin’s. When she arrived, she knocked on the door.
Anakin had taken being married to Rey in stride. Granted, during the week or so he had been married to Rey, he had thought it was all normal. But once everything returned to normal – he had accepted the fact that it wasn’t something he or Rey had intended to do. It had been the Dome’s doing.
He would have preferred to keep Luna as his partner during that week, but he had no choice whatsoever.
When there was a knock on the door, Anakin rose to open said door. He had a feeling he knew who it was, and he was not surprised to see Luna on the other side of the door. He offered her a small smile, and leaned in to kiss her softly.
“You have no idea how happy I am to see you,” he said, as he stepped aside to let her in.
“I’m happy to see you too.” Luna returned the kiss. Of course she’d visit him, as they hadn’t spent time together in the last week. “How was your week? I ended up as my friend’s daughter, which I found rather strange.”
Once inside, Luna rose on her tiptoes and kissed him again. “I have never been so happy for indoor plumbing. And garbage pickup.”
“My week?” He considered this for a moment, his head tilting slightly. “It was… interesting.” There was a lot more to it than that, and he had a feeling that Luna knew that as well. He took her hand within his, and pulled her in close to him. His lips met hers, kissing her deeply. “I am glad to be back to normal, though. Being married to Rey… the idea is just strange.”
Especially considering her grandfather had been the one to eventually help Anakin turn to the Dark Side.
“I have not, either,” he agreed. “I am rather glad to be back to normal.”
“I bet. I am glad my only connection was to Scorpius as his daughter. Nothing awkward that we need to talk about.” For which Luna felt entirely grateful. For Anakin, well, marriage to someone else, especially Rey, probably did make things awkward. Unfortunately. If he wanted to talk about it with Luna, he could, but she wouldn’t’ press.
Especially not when he pulled her close and kissed her like that. “Should we order takeout? I’m off for the day.” For which she felt grateful.
“I am becoming accustomed to the town thinking that Rey and I need to have more of a connection,” he admitted. “First she and I had a child together, named… Han. For a week.” That should have been an indication of things to come. He was aware of that. “I just… do not think of Rey that way. As someone I wish to marry.”
He paused for a moment, and pressed a kiss against her temple.
“She is Palpatine’s granddaughter,” he explained. “The one who is the main reason I eventually turn to the Dark Side.” He sighed softly as he spoke. “I know she is not Palpatine. She is a far better person than he would ever be. Still, there’s that knowledge…”
Then, at Luna’s question, he nodded. “I am rather hungry, he admitted. “For you and food.”
Luna forgot about the child they’d had, preoccupied as she’d been with the twins she and Ron had. “I had twins with a friend from home. Those future kids seemed to crop up in strange pairings.” She nodded. “Which is probably good if you’re in a relationship with me,” Luna teased.
“I’m sorry.” The blonde understood to a point. How would she feel if Voldemort had grandchildren? “Perhaps it means you two should get to know each other better as friends. I can’t see Rey as someone who would turn you, or anyone, to the Dark Side. “Food first and then sex?” Luna pulled out her phone and ordered food she knew the two of them liked. She did lean up and kiss Anakin’s neck though. “I missed you.”
Anakin placed a kiss on Luna’s forehead as he considered her proposition. It really never took much convincing on Luna’s part to get him into bed. All she really had to do was make the suggestion and he was agreeable. There was just… something about Luna that he couldn’t resist.
“Or we can make the most of our time while we wait for the food to arrive,” he murmured softly, as he allowed his hand to slip underneath her t-shirt.
He would, of course, back off if she asked it of him.
Luna grinned. “I like the way you think.” A lot. She stood on her tiptoes to kiss Anakin deeply, arms around her neck. After all they did have time to make up.
“Of course you do,” he murmured, his lips meeting hers. Returning her kiss. “That is because you cannot get enough of me.” He smirked a bit as he spoke. Perhaps this was true, but it was also true that he could not get enough of her. Which was proven by the fact that his hands ran over her sides, and as they squeezed her ass lightly.
He started to unfasten the fastenings of her jeans, wanting them off as soon as possible. Wanting her clothing off as soon as possible. Wanting her.
