Who: Kristof Nast and Savannah Levine What: She's meeting her siblings When: Backdated to Tuesday morning Where: Horizon Court Warnings: TBA Status: Closed/On-going
Kristof was nervous about Savannah meeting her siblings, but he wasn't nervous for himself. No, he was nervous for Savannah. He'd let her come to this point on her own, hadn't said anything about it, and now that they were there? He found himself hoping it all went well. Or at least reasonably well. They could work with that.
He'd taken the kids and gotten settled in at breakfast before messaging his daughter and letting her know where they were at. He'd thought about just having Savannah join them in their room but had figured that the "in public" aspect might be helpful if things turned too awkward. He was hoping they wouldn't, and he certainly didn't want them to, but he was trying to take as much of the potential pressure off Savannah as he could.
The kids had just started in on plates when Brie caught sight of someone and took off running.
And then flinging herself at that someone. "SAVANNAH!"
Sorry, Savannah. Meet your little sister.
That would be Kristof rubbing his forehead in the universal gesture of "I'm getting a migraine" and lifting his other hand to catch his older daughter's attention.
"Bryony Astrid Halliwell-Nast, get back over here! We do not flying tackle Savannah before she's had a cup of coffee."
