Re: Barbara & Miriam
“That’s definitely a long time to be a vampire,” she couldn’t even imagine being around for that long, especially when unable to eat food like what was in front of them. Though her thought process on that was taken away as she started to laugh on the slang. At least, Barbara knew what the hell that meant, and she could see why that might be happening around here. With all the free food and events, it was hard not to miss out. “That sounds sus,” Barbara gave her a look as if questioning her on whether she could be trusted or not before laughing. “And that’s the end of slang with Barbara for the night.” She joked, pushing her hair back behind an ear as her gears switched rather quickly. “Excuse me for this suggestion since I’m sure you have already tried it with how long you’ve been a vampire, but I’m still going to make it. Have you ever thought of maybe mixing in a bit of blood with whatever you want to eat so maybe it could bypass the poison aspect that comes into play with food?”
Barbara knew it was either a long shot or the woman most likely already tried it, but still. “Then I’ll welcome a little help. Then I won’t have to call a few of the people close to me and make them come help.” Not that she would ever actually do that. Barbara could handle herself and she tended to handle things herself without the extra help. Which she sure stressed a few people out.
“Nice to meet you as well,” she gave the woman a small smile before moving nearer to the food so they could grab some things. “Other than missing out on the food, how are you enjoying the town?” She asked, glancing up at Miriam, watching to see when it’d be their turn to order some stuff.
