Magnus was glad to be back to himself, even with the memories he had of the other Magnus. In some way, he felt for the other man, living those long years without magic, struggling to find his place in the world. He was honestly surprised that the warlock had lived long enough to find his Alec, but it was also proof that they really were meant to be together.
Thankfully, he was back to himself in time for his book order pickup, and he was waiting for the clerk to bring him his order when he heard a voice behind him.
He laughed as he turned to Murphy. "Most likely because he knew my other self wasn't comfortable around large dogs, and he likes the customers that frequent that section. You know that he'll leave if you ask him too, right?"
