Well, this was telling. Jack knew Sam, but he also knew his Sam and he was getting the vibe this was not his Sam. There was a lot of deja vu going on with it. For now he had to try to compartmentalize the idea that in one reality they actually had a kid together - one that was of their own making.
He pressed his thumb and index finger together on the bridge of his nose. "Please tell me there's not a quantum mirror upstairs."
Jack looked up and gave her a serious and sympathetic look. "She's probably safe and back in your world."
