Who: Yelena and Shuri What: Intermission of Rogers, The Musical When: Evening Where: The Theatre Lobby Rating: low
How was Yelena not going to go to Rogers, The Musical? She thought the whole thing was kind of ridiculous and musicals weren’t really her thing, but she had to go - it was her duty so she could see just how bad it was. In reality it wasn’t terrible if you liked musicals, though they really added a lot more posing to all the Avengers with their dancing and it made the fight scenes kind of absurd, but she supposed that was theatre. It was kind of weird when you thought about how a lot of the ‘people’ on stage were real and yet there were people pretending to be them. Yelena was never as thankful for being a Widow than she was now.
She got a vodka drink from the bar as people milled out for intermission. Someone asked her if she was enjoying the musical and she shrugged. “Could use more explosions.” This was apparently not the right thing to say since it resulted in the person giving her a look and walked away. “What? Was it something I said?”
