Lisa laughed. "Maybe make that our second date." She teased.
Lisa just wanted everyone to get along, to be happy, and instead they were still letting the past define and rip them apart. She was hoping they could move past it, but if Dean's exchange with his mom was any indication, it wasn't going to be that easy.
"I think maybe Dean needs to hear it from someone other than me. Maybe you stand a better chance of talking to him about his mom and Alec. " Lisa took another sip of her tea. It was rough, but the pastry helped.
"And I'll take the distraction any day whether drama is in the picture or not."
