Alec/Mary
"Oh yeah. Totally. With my goofy ear muffs and puffy snow pants." Mary shot him a playful smile. "A cute, innocent little girl with the perchance of kicking your ass." Or at least putting up one hell of a fight. Of course, at the time, Mary wasn't thinking about any of it or trying her hardest not to anyway.
The blond shook her head. "That's only because I haven't fallen on my ass yet. Give me another five minutes."
Mary followed, leaning forward awkwardly to keep her balance as the glided. After a second she balanced herself enough to straighten up. She was pretty sure she didn't look so cool in that moment.
Given she put Alec through an awkward Thanksgiving, Mary was fine with them doing something on Christmas Eve. She hadn't heard anything from her family about Christmas Day, but she wasn't opposed to spending it alone. If anything she'd see Sam and Adam for a bit. Part of her felt like she should give Dean till after the new year before approaching him again. Maybe they both needed time.
"I'm fine with that," Mary replied with a smile. "As amusing as it would be to see a two year old girl kick your ass, it wouldn't be much in the holiday spirit. And not disappointing a kid on Christmas is kind of a unspoken rule. Of course, depending on what you got her..." Mary trailed off, teasing him.
