Jabe had certainly seen enough in her lifetime to know that just about anything is possible, so she was probably handling this better than most would. But also came along with being around the doctor, and even with the small amount of time Jabe had spent with him she had learned to go with the flow. Aside from that this was kind of gift in a way. Without this little event Jabe would never have had the chance to spend time on earth, so she was determined to allow herself to enjoy it. And of course there were other upsides as well. It seemed like there was more people from her own world here, and some them seemed to know the Doctor and then there was the fact that Doctor also seemed to be here even if it was a newer version. Getting to know some of these friends of the Doctor's was one of the first things on Jabe's to do list, so when Jack had agreed to show her around she jumped at the chance. She actually liked the attire she had shown up in so she didn't bother looking for something different to change into. Instead she began exploring, determined to find where the Tardis was parked in this new world. Sure it might seem like a lot of walking, but despite her royal status Jabe actually didn't see herself as being too good for something like this. She had always been more humble, and she certainly hadn't changed in the few hours since arriving here. As she moved along the streets she kept her eyes open, wanting to take in everything she could about this new place. It really was something...something wonderful in her humble opinion. It didn't take her long to find the park and then then Tardis itself, so with the smile on her face growing wider she made her way over to the blue box. Once she was standing in front of the Tardis she looked around, waiting for Jack to appear. She was sure he would see her, because while she had never been inside the Tardis herself she knew that the machine was certainly advanced. That meant that there would be video equipment of some kind inside allowing the persons inside to see anyone approaching. |
