Loki finished the champagne from her glass, too. He was already feeling a touch warm, and downing the champagne meant he might actually feel it a little more. That was the hope. He liked the idea of loosening up just a little.
Together they left the party and started down the street. It was not an unpleasant walk--the night was chilly, but not to a Frost Giant. The path was paved, and not too many people were around to bother them.
But when Nora mentioned future children, Loki's face snapped to her. Shock quickly melted into disbelief. He wasn't planning on procreating with anyone; he wasn't even sure it was physically possible. A Jotun and a Midgardian? Or whatever Nora was... Remnant-ian?
At the same time, stranger things had happened. (Gator Loki?) He nodded. "It sounds as if we are at the will of whatever fate brought us here," he mused. It was a lot for Loki to release control, but he was trying to stay calm and not feel trapped.
