Who: Hope Mikaelson and Camille O'Connell What: Meeting up Where: Camille's apartment When: Backdated to Saturday night Status: Closed; Incomplete Rating: TBD
Like herself, Hope knew that Camille was dealing with losing people she loved, especially one in particular. While Hope felt horrible for losing Landon, she knew Camille had to feel just as bad. Being in Madison Valley was the one way that Hope's father and her could be together. When Klaus was sent back, Camille lost that one opportunity. Unless he showed up again, Camille would never have that chance again. In a lot of ways, it was worse than Hope losing Landon. At least, once she came home, she knew she would still have him. Camille could possibly never have that chance again.
Hope wouldn't have her father either though. This was Hope's chance to be with him; there time together had always been short lived and maybe Hope should not have expected anything less here. She'd been so hopeful though and dove head first into having that relationship even if she knew it could hurt in the end. Now, she was wondering how many friendships to form, how many bonds to keep, and who to open her heart up to. And she was more protective of the family and friends that remained, especially her mother.
It didn't take her long to arrive at Camille's apartment; she'd been there a few times when Landon was staying with the vampire. Though she was sure Cami could hear her on the other side of the door, Hope raised a hand to knock. She wasn't sure how good of company she would be, but Camille said she didn't think she would be either. Hope figured they would be miserable together.
