"No. I wish you were wrong about that, but nope. The details are investigating terrible people and car deaths." Logan thought that summed up the events well enough. He hated the knowledge, but he couldn't change the outcome. So, he decided to try and not dwell on it.
He laughed at Brooke. "Yes. I can see you definitely cried. My apologies. I think I can find time in my schedule for some fun. Let me know a good time." Not that Logan didn't have a schedule, but other than his spin classes, personal training appointments could be moved up or down. He disliked to move appointments, but he still had the ability.
"I definitely studied outside. When I cared about classes. Which, honestly didn't happen much." Logan cared now, but his life in high school and early college could best be summed up as meh.
