Great. Just great. She was stuck in quaintsville Indiana and no one could see her. After her run in with Xavier, she had made it a point to check out the town. That was when she saw the lawyer office with both Kristof’s and Lucas’ names on it. She wasn’t particularly surprised to see people from her world here, but she was definitely surprised to see Kristof was alive. She ended up following him home and while she didn’t want to use the word stalking - she definitely did. It was a complicated feeling seeing Kristof alive. He appeared to have kids and step kids and there was no sign of Savannah, but she saw photos of her daughter here with him and they looked happy. Her heart ached seeing Kristof so happy and not being able to even tell him that she was here. She had tried, of course, but a lot of swearing later all she managed was a light breeze on the curtain and he had left the room by then to even see it.
She swore to whatever Power That Be was listening and decided the self-torture session could wait while she tracked down Lucas. Tracking the sorcerer down was easy and she was even happier when she saw Paige. There had to be someway Paige of all people could see her - what she wouldn’t give for a damn necromancer right about now.
Paige reached into the fridge for the cheese. She had insisted she was going to try to make lasagna tonight. “I got rid of all that incense, by the way.” She spoke as she worked, knowing Lucas could hear her even though he seemed to be reading from one of his case files. “And I’ve decided to try and be more open about being a witch. Even ran into a vampire the other day and told him.”
If Eve could hit her head on the wall, she could have. This was so boring. Eve stood in front of Paige and waved her arms and shouted a few times. When that didn’t work she moved to Lucas and waved her hands in front of his face. Eve hated this part about being dead.
