Oliver simply nodded. He caught the strain, but wasn't sure why. It seemed Nick and his daughter had more than one thing in common, which was probably a good thing. His eyes moved to Mia for a moment and they had a silent stare off as they communicated in complete silence. Then Oliver left out a soft exhale and then smiled as if offering a white surrender flag. "I was hoping to get into contact with your aunt Thea, but she's off the grid right now unfortunately." Which he wasn't exactly happy with, but it was her life. He just wished Mia could meet Thea.
"I thought we could go for lunch though. My treat. And I think John said he wanted to meet the both of you. I know you've met John when you show up here from the future, but he's curious and I'm sure he'd love to meet Nick too." He looked to Nick to explain further. "He's the first person who learned who I was and is like a brother to me. He fights alongside me too." And his wife was part of ARGUS but that was probably for another day.
