Who: Rebekah Mikaelson + Open When: Sunday night Where: Verdant What: Drinking her sorrows away. Rating: TBD Status: Open; Incomplete
Though Rebekah hadn't been in town too long, she was around long enough to know where the high end drinking joint was. On Sunday, she decided to make her appearance known. Despite the heavy rain, Rebekah found herself there; it was useful to have super speed in these kind of conditions. She wore a simple pair of dark skinny jeans, a fashionable top, and a simple jacket. Situated on one of the bar stools, Rebekah ordered herself a straight bourbon and skimmed through her smart phone as she waited.
Though her family was here, including her darling niece and nephew, Rebekah was unsure where she fit in. What was she going to do with herself here? At least back home, she had Marcel and a future as a human waiting in the wings. In Madison Valley, outside of her family, she wasn't entirely sure what else there was for her. While she was grateful, she wanted more for herself. After all, her potential marriage and being human was off the table. What else was there in store for Rebekah Mikaelson? Was there possible there even could be anything? Humanity and the love of her life were gone, but there still had to be something.
Her bourbon arrived and Rebekah rook a sip from her glass, enjoying the warmth that flooded her system. A job? The Mikaelson fortune wasn't here and while Rebekah didn't mind compelling anyone for what she wanted, she knew from experience she couldn't do it forever. Ugh, the thought of working made her cringe though. Bloody hell.
