"I do," Carson said with a smile, reaching over to the table by the couch to grab a frame. "This is one of my favorites -- the town sent everyone on a cruise a couple years ago, this is us at one of the stops. I think this was in Spain, I don't remember where exactly."
It was a picture of Carson and a young blonde woman with a wide-brimmed hat, her armed linked through his. It would've been impossible for even the most random person to miss the way they felt about each other.
"We were together for almost three years," he said softly. "I didn't realize it'd been that long. Never felt like it."
