Klaus offered the woman a small smile. Yeah, he had heard the basics from Five, though most of what he knew of Lila was all from down on the farm. Not the best first impression, but bad impressions was usually how Klaus tended to roll. Why mess with perfection?
"Like I get why they're grumpy," Klaus sighed, spreading his hands in a 'what can you do' gesture. "But since we're all in the same boat here, and I thought we were all getting along splendidly after all of that stuff in 1963.. But I guess everyone's got a bug up their tailpipes."
Rubbing his face, he waved a hand, flagging down a waitress for a drink. Only after she returned with said drink and he took the first sip of it, did he continue. "I say this with brotherly love, but Diego's an idiot. He's in love with you, he's just a big ball of the grumpies."
Honestly, Klaus didn't get why everyone was so pissed. But then again, they were usually indifferent and patronizing to him. You just got to the point where things slid off of your back and you stopped taking things personally (most of the time).
