Who: Karrin Murphy and Harry Dresden What: He's taking his life in his hands (again), or reuniting Where: In town When: Sunday, after Murphy's arrival Warnings: TBD/spoilers for Ghost Story? Status: Closed
Harry had felt the full range of emotions when he saw that Murphy was in town. Things were likely to be...well, awkward between them. When he'd last seen her, they were planning to go on a date. An actual, honest to god date, but before that could happen, he'd been shot and presumably killed.
Now he was here. Alive and well, and he'd have some explaining to do. He tended to get himself in trouble when he tried to explain things, as history would show. At the same time, he knew keeping his mouth shut would get him in trouble too. He was caught between a rock and a hard place.
He'd done what he had to do. The timing was just the worst. He hadn't expected to be called to pay the piper, though, and now here he was. Going to meet the piper, in the form of a very short, very deadly Karrin Murphy, who had every right to be annoyed with him. He lifted a hand in a wave when he saw her, and hastened his steps.
