Who: Dorian and Lola What: Tell me there's somewhere other than Walmart When: Saturday Afternoon Where: The Streets Rating: Low
Lola had arrived and had been given the run down on this very strange place. She thought being a drag queen in London meant she'd seen it all, but apparently not. Not even becoming a designer in a small factory town could prepare her for this. While she was still taking some time to adjust, she realized she needed clothes. All she had on was her outfit from Milan and while she looked fabulous, she was freezing her tits off. She had seen the Walmart and the Target, but she most definitely did not enter them.
Desperately, she turned to a man walking down the street. She touched his shoulder lightly to get his attention. "Excuse me." She gave him a friendly smile. She had no idea what the people of Indiana could be like, but she had heard many horror stories of Americans and drag queens - not like London was that much better. "I've just arrived. Please tell me there's somewhere more to shop for clothes than Walmart." She made a disparaging face like even just uttering the name hurt her soul.
