John Sheppard and Nikita Mears
“Glad to hear on the whole no hard feelings between the two of you,” she meant that. Nikita was pretty sure Michael was never going to forgive her for what she did; however, she wouldn’t change the choice she made. It was safer for the people who she loved and considered her family if Nikita had left, facing the trouble all on her own. That meant walking away from him no matter how hard that choice was. “Older or younger brother? How come he has a problem with everything? That is if you don’t mind me asking,” Nikita wasn’t on a mission so she didn’t need to be all that nosey, but she was curious.
It was another reason why if he wanted to know, Nikita wouldn’t have a problem with opening up a bit since this guy seemed to be a little more on the open side. “Oh no, it’s fine. You’re sharing your story so it’s only fair but that story is definitely not one for this place where people can hear.” And it really wasn’t. Nikita wasn’t wanting to deal with people hearing how the first person she ever loved was murdered because Nikita got close to him and Division didn’t like that.
