If Shadow knew that she thought he'd found a love interest, he'd probably laugh. Honestly? He hadn't really been interested in anyone past Laura. She wasn't in Madison Valley and he's not even sure if he'd want his wife... ex-wife... or whatever she was there. Besides, how would that even work? Especially when she was dead.
