Who: Elena and Nick What: Catching up When: Tuesday afternoon Where: The Pack House Rating: TBD Status: Closed; Incomplete
Thanks to her daughter, Elena was aware that Nick was not the same one from her world. He was from Kate's world. Obviously, this meant he would be different in some way than the one that Elena was accustomed to...and the one that had been here before. Elena didn't care; she was just glad to have another senior member of the Pack back. Though she felt as if she was handling alpha duties well, it would be kind of nice to have someone else with a somewhat similar background to bounce things off of. Then again, maybe not. It really depended on the personality of the Nick she was about to encounter. The initial greeting could only offer so much of an impression.
She'd sent out a text to him earlier, extending an invitation to meet her in the kitchen. Though she had been briefly introduced to him upon his arrival, Elena wanted a one-on-one meeting too. It would help her get to know him better and he could, in turn, come to knew her a little better too. She was also not entirely sure of who was alpha in his time period too. Just thinking it could be Jeremy made Elena miss the elder wolf. He was always naturally good at leadership; Elena often felt she did adequate at best.
Picking up on Nick's scent, Elena was pulled from her reverie and she looked up, offering him a warm smile.
