While Thanksgiving was an enigma to her, Christmas was something she was more familiar with. Obviously, it hadn't been much of a cheerful holiday because of Elsa being locked away from her family, but still, Elsa knew of it. She could remember happier times with their parents, celebrating the holidays, but such things had been lost after Elsa's powers had started to dictate a lot of family life and affairs. It was something Elsa still blamed herself heavily for. However, being here was not the time to worry about things she couldn't change and Elsa was trying desperately not to worry.
She was hoping looking at some of the Christmas decorations would put her in more of a cheerful mood. She knew the holiday wasn't till another month here, but indulging in the spirit a little beforehand didn't seem like a bad idea. Plus, she always liked to look at what this place had to offer for the holidays. Some of it was quite different from her own world after all.
The aisle was not busy when she entered and she took advantage of the lack of other customers to take her time eyeing up the shelves and their contents.
